Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SalesGURU, operated by Concon Digital Group Pvt Ltd("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

SalesGURU is invoicing and business software delivered over the internet, as a web application and a mobile app. We add and improve features over time; we may change or withdraw individual features, and where a change materially reduces what you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

Your account

You need an account to use SalesGURU. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your login. Tell us promptly at support@getsalesguru.com if you believe someone else has access.

You must be at least 16 years old, and you must give accurate registration details.

The free plan is for one user. Paid plans allow additional logins with roles. Sharing a single login between people is not permitted.

Your data is yours

You own the business and customer data you put into SalesGURU. We hold it on your behalf to provide the service, and we do not sell it or use it to advertise. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you enter, including having a proper basis for holding your own customers' details, and for the correctness of the invoices, tax numbers and tax treatment you issue.

SalesGURU is not an accountant or a tax adviser. Features that help you produce tax-compliant documents are tools, not advice. You remain responsible for your own tax and statutory obligations.

Acceptable use

Don't use SalesGURU to break the law, to send spam, to issue fraudulent or misleading invoices, to store other people's data without a right to, or to attack, probe or overload the service. Don't attempt to access another business's data, resell the service, or reverse-engineer it.

We may suspend an account that is being used this way, and will explain why.

Plans and payment

The free plan is free forever, with the limits published on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices shown there.

Payment is currently arranged directly with us by bank transfer. There is no card payment in the product yet. To upgrade, email support@getsalesguru.com. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Prices may change. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you may cancel instead.

Cancelling and ending

You can stop using SalesGURU at any time. Cancelling a paid plan returns your business to the free plan at the end of the period you have paid for. Your data is not deleted when you downgrade, and the invoices and customers you created stay visible; features above the free plan simply stop being available.

Deleting your account is separate and permanent, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service entirely, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.

Availability

We work to keep SalesGURU available and backed up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt it. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Liability

SalesGURU is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date above, and for material changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction.
