Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SalesGuru, the business platform operated at os.getsalesguru.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• You must provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One business per account; you may invite your own staff.

Your data

Invoices, customers, stock and accounting records you enter remain your property. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans & billing

The Free plan covers invoicing at no cost. Pro features (POS, inventory, accounting, HR & payroll) are billed as shown inside the app. You can cancel your subscription at any time; your data remains exportable.

Acceptable use

Don't use SalesGuru for unlawful activity, don't attempt to breach the security of the service, and don't resell access without our written agreement.

Service & liability

We work hard to keep SalesGuru available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
