Privacy Policy

SalesGURU is invoicing and business software for small businesses in Sri Lanka, available on the web and as a mobile app. It is operated by Concon Digital Group Pvt Ltd. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. It covers both the web app and the mobile app.

What we collect

Your account. Your name, email address and a password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider, so we never see or store the password itself.

Your business. Business name, address, phone, email, website, logo, bank details and tax registration numbers (TIN / BR), as you enter them, so they can appear on your invoices.

Data you enter about your customers. Customer names, contact details, addresses and tax numbers, along with the invoices, estimates, line items and payments you record. You are the owner of this data; we hold it on your behalf.

Technical data. Standard server logs from our hosting providers (IP address, device and browser type, timestamps) and anti-bot signals from our security provider when you sign in or sign up.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers or biometric data, and the app contains no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

Why we use it

To provide the service: to sign you in, to create and store your documents, to produce invoices and shareable invoice links, and to show you your own reports. We also use it to keep the service secure and to respond to you when you contact support.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business or customer data to advertise to you or anyone else.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers, each of which processes data only to run SalesGURU:

• Supabase - database, authentication and file storage.
• Vercel - hosting for the web application.
• Cloudflare - bot protection on the sign-in and sign-up forms.
• Resend - sending account emails such as confirmation and password reset.

These providers may store data outside Sri Lanka. Your data is isolated per business at the database level, so one business can never read another's.

Sharing an invoice

When you share an invoice by link or WhatsApp, that link contains a long random token and can be opened by anyone who has it, without signing in. That is what makes it shareable with your customer. The page shows only that one invoice. Treat the link as you would the invoice itself.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is open, because it is your business record. Deleting your account deletes it, as described below. Database backups are kept for 30 days and then overwritten.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app (More → Delete my account) or on the web. Deletion is permanent: it removes your login and, if you are the only member of your business, that business and all of its invoices, customers and payments. It cannot be undone, so export anything you need first.

If you would rather we did it for you, email support@getsalesguru.com from your account address and we will delete it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data at any time inside the app, export your invoices, and delete your account. If you want a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us at support@getsalesguru.com.

Children

SalesGURU is business software and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app.
