Refund & Return Policy

SalesGURU is operated by Concon Digital Group Pvt Ltd. This policy explains when we refund payments for SalesGURU Pro and the other paid packages.

SalesGURU is a digital service, delivered to you as soon as your plan is activated. There is nothing to ship back, so we do not refund a paid period once it has started. What we always do is correct a billing mistake.

Try it free first

You do not have to pay anything to evaluate SalesGURU. The free plan is free forever, with unlimited invoices for one user and up to 25 customers, and no card is required. We would rather you used it for as long as you need to decide than paid for something that turns out not to suit you. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

Billing mistakes, always corrected

We refund in full where:

• You were charged twice for the same period.
• You were charged the wrong amount, or for a package you did not ask for.
• You were charged for a period that begins after you told us you were cancelling.
• A fault on our side left the service unusable for a sustained period and we could not put it right.

What we do not refund

• Change of mind, or deciding you no longer need the service, after a paid period has started.
• Part-used periods. We do not pro-rate a period you have begun.
• Not having used the service during a period you were subscribed to.
• Accounts suspended or ended for a breach of our Terms of Service.

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing support@getsalesguru.com. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed.

Your data is not deleted when a paid plan ends. Your business returns to the free plan, everything you created stays visible, and the features above the free plan simply stop being available until you upgrade again. Deleting your account is a separate, permanent action, described in our Privacy Policy.

How refunds are paid

Payment is currently arranged directly with us by bank transfer, so any refund is returned to the same bank account. Allow up to 14 working days for the transfer to reach you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under Sri Lankan consumer law.
